- You have 14 days to return an order after receiving it.
- Contact Mathilde Baillarger before returning any items.
- The product must be in new condition.
- You cover the cost of the return.

Instructions for returning goods
- Please send an email to Mathilde Baillarger containing your name, address, email address, the order number, a specification of which items and the reason that the return relates to.
- Ship the items for return within 14 days of the date of the notification.
- You are responsible for any damage incurred by items during the return shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you send the product well packaged, in good condition and in their original box and/or packaging.
- To follow easily the return parcel, we strongly advise to provide us with a tracking number for the return shipment.
- Unless otherwise agreed upon, the refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase.
- Reimbursement will be made upon reception of the item and after having determined it to be in good conditions.
- The refund only concerns the price of the product. In no case, the shipping fees will be refunded.
- If the returned product is damaged, you lose the right to receive a refund.
Returning a package
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. Mathilde Baillarger is NOT responsible for any return customs charges made. Any charges incurred are your responsibility.
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, please contact immediately Mathilde Baillarger to report this.
Mathilde Baillarger sends the parcel with DPD or Postnl.
Depending on delivery method you may be required to pick up the order at a specific delivery point. You are required to do so within the time specified in the notification of delivery. If you do not pick up the delivery in time you may be charged a fee and the order may be sent back to us at your expense. We may also cancel the order if the delivery is not picked up in time.
For any package not recovered within 7 calendar days, Mathilde Baillarger reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
